SAP Enterprise Support - Need more information?

The SAUG are currently working closely with an Enterprise support work group of SAUG members and SAP to put clarify member concerns and identify an action plan. SAUG Chair Ally Thorne outlines this plan in a Enterprise Support letter.final.doc sent to all members.
