The SAUG is Australia’s largest and most vibrant SAP community. Together, we support SAP professional’s career aspirations and help organisations realise increased value from their SAP investment.

Membership of SAUG provides you with unique and unparalleled opportunities to network with over 3,500 peers, influence current and future SAP products and to keep your skills and knowledge up-to-date through a comprehensive face to face and online event program.

Which Membership Type is Right for you?

Different types of membership are available depending on whether you are joining as an organisation, SAP partner or an individual. Please review and select the membership type that is right for you

Ordinary and Consultant membership belongs to the company rather than the individual. This allows all employees of member companies to apply for their own user account and select which groups and forums they would like to be part of. There are no limits to the number of accounts a company may have although attendance at some events is limited to a set number of employees from one member company.

A variety of on-line resources including over 1200 library documents, member search facilities and access to a broader selection of SAP communities;

  • Discounts on magazine subscriptions (including SAP Professional Journal, Financial Expert, BW Expert, HR Expert, CRM Expert and SCM Expert);
  • Discounted registrations to the SAUG Summit (Up to $400 value per individual);
  • Free membership to the Americas’ SAP Users’ Group (ASUG)*, a value of over $2,000 USD
  • Free entry from each organisation to SAUG Plenaries and Forums*
    • Ordinary members have up to 6 entry included
    • Consultant members have up to 2 entry included

Ordinary (Company) membership:
SAP licensed customers; Annual membership fee is *$825 for Companies with under 200 SAP users and *$1,650 for over 200 SAP users. Membership belongs to the company, not the individual.

Consultant (Company) membership:
Open to any organisation which is associated with the use of SAP solutions and services in a professional capacity (regardless of whether they are or are not an SAP customer); Annual membership fee is *$1650 Membership belongs to the company, not the individual.

Associate (Individual) membership:
Individuals. Annual membership fee is *$330. Please use personal email addresses only when applying for Associate membership. Membership belongs to the individual.
