SAUG CIO Council (SCC)

As part of the SAUG’s effort to build value and influence for our members, a new executive influence council has been developed in Australia, the SAUG CIO council (SCC) in 2010.

The benefits of being part of this Council include:
• Drive thought leadership within SAP ecosystem
• Provide SAUG members a channel for global and local influence upon SAP product & policy; bring global knowledge to local CIOs
• Deepen knowledge sharing and networking opportunities
for CIOs
• Assist in the evolution and growth of the user group
• Industry peers and SAP executives - accessible to you
• Early insights into new technologies and SAP initiatives

March 17th, Brisbane
May 26th, Melbourne, 3-5pm (workshop)
August 4th, Sydney (full day forum)
October 27th, Melbourne

Terms of Participation

1. The SAUG CIO Council (SCC) is open to SAUG Ordinary members who hold C-level, VP or director level positions or have primary ownership of the SAP relationship within their company.
2. Membership is not exchangeable.
3. Each new member must apply via the link on this page and be approved the SCC steering committee.
4. Membership does not attract an extra fee over and above SAUG membership.
5. Attendance at face to face meetings will be determined on a first come-first serve basis with the SCC Steering Committee guaranteed their seats.
6. Only one representative from each company will be accepted.

CIO Council Mission

To drive successful three-way engagement between SAP, SAUG and customer CIOs for knowledge sharing, networking and key influence activities.

CIO Council Charter

* Be the premier C-level influence body within the SAP ecosystem

* Drive thought leadership content and knowledge sharing aimed specifically at business and technology issues faced by CIOs

* Drive Global SAP-SAUG Influence Programmes

* Prioritise inputs from other SAUG Influence bodies for ongoing discussion

* Assist in driving the growth and well being of the SAP User Community
